INGREDIENT

  • 300 g Fried Pork Skin with green Sauce
  • 4 flour Gorditas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the Fried Pork Skin with green Sauce in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Place the flour gorditas on a clay comal or pan to heat them.
  3. Open the flour gorditas and fill them with the Fried Pork Skin with green Sauce.
  4. You can fill your flour gorditas with any other Comal TM products or beans to your preference.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
