- 300g of shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce
- 6 Sopes (Mexican Corn Cakes)
- 1/2 Red Onion in cubes
- 1 Red Tomato in cubes
- 1 Lettuce leave cut in strips
DIRECTIONS
- Place the vegetalble oil in a pan to heat it.
- Fry thee sopes with the hot vegetable oil and put them in a plate.
- Heat the shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Place the shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce on top of the fried sopes.
