Sopes of Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce

INGREDIENT

  • 300g of shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce
  • 6 Sopes (Mexican Corn Cakes)
  • 1/2 Red Onion in cubes
  • 1 Red Tomato in cubes
  • 1 Lettuce leave cut in strips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the vegetalble oil in a pan to heat it.
  2. Fry thee sopes with the hot vegetable oil and put them in a plate.
  3. Heat the shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Place the shredded Chicken with Traditional Mole Sauce on top of the fried sopes.
  5. Place the lettuce strips, red onion and tomato on top of the sopes.
Serve and enjoy.
