- 300 g of Shredded Chicken Breast
- 8 large corn Tortillas
- 1 sliced Avocado
- 100 g sour Cream
- 200 g of cooked rice to taste
- Heat the Shredded Chicken breast for 2 minutes.
- Place the shredded Chicken breast on the corn tortillas and wrap it.
- Place the vegetable oil in a pan to heat it.
- Fry the flautas with the hot vegetable oil and put them in a plate.
- Place the slices of avocado ant the sour cream on top of the flautas.
